Bureviy is a Ukrainian manufacturer of brushless DC (BLDC) motors and OEM components for unmanned platforms. We engineer, manufacture, and test propulsion system components — from a single custom part to fully assembled motors and mass-produced batches.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES
SERIAL BLDC MOTORS
Proprietary series of brushless motors for FPV drones, heavy multirotor platforms, and other UAVs. We control the design, winding configuration, assembly, and key parameters of the finished motors.
OEM MOTOR COMPONENTS
Manufacturing of core mechanical components for brushless motors: stators, rotor shafts, bells, caps, and stator bases. Components can be supplied separately for final assembly by the client.
CUSTOM STATOR WINDING
Precision stator winding tailored to required motor specifications: KV, operating voltage, propeller type, thrust, power, and duty cycle. This allows perfect adaptation of the motor to your specific propulsion system.
PRECISION CNC MILLING
Manufacturing of structural components and housings via CNC milling. We work with our proprietary designs as well as customer CAD/STEP models and blueprints.
PRECISION TURNING
High-precision turning of shafts, bells, and other cylindrical components. We strictly control geometry and functional fits crucial for the alignment and stability of rotating assemblies.
FINISHING & COATINGS
Post-machining processing and surface preparation for final protective coatings. Depending on the component's purpose, we apply aerospace-grade anodizing or zinc plating.
DYNAMIC BALANCING
Dynamic balancing of rotor assemblies to eliminate imbalance and operating vibrations. Strict balancing control is a critical step in preparing the propulsion system for high-RPM operation.
BENCH TESTING & QA
Thorough testing of fully assembled motors on thrust stands to verify key operational parameters. The recorded data confirms the motor meets the specified configuration before client handover or serial batch launch.
