Within the scope of B2B cooperation, the customer may provide Bureviy with technical documentation, including blueprints, CAD/STEP models, specifications, technical requirements, product parameters, and other information necessary for project evaluation or execution.

Such information is considered confidential within the business relationship and is used for evaluation, development, manufacturing, assembly, testing, or other agreed-upon tasks.

  • Access to technical information is granted only to employees and involved specialists who require it to perform the respective work.
  • The customer's technical documentation is not used by Bureviy to create its own products outside the agreed project.
  • The transfer of technical information to third parties is carried out only in cases necessary for the execution of the agreed project, or on another basis agreed upon with the customer.
  • If a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is concluded between the parties, the procedure for the use and protection of information is also governed by the provisions of that agreement.

5. NDA AND TRADE SECRETS

For projects involving the transfer of sensitive engineering, technological, or commercial information, the parties may conclude a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Such an agreement may define the list of confidential information, the procedure for its use, the circle of persons who have access to it, restrictions on transfer to third parties, the duration of obligations, and the procedure for handling information after project completion.

If a separate NDA is in place, its terms apply in accordance with the provisions of the agreement signed by the parties.

6. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

Bureviy does not sell or transfer users' personal data to third parties for the purpose of selling contacts or third-party advertising.

Certain data may be accessible to providers of technical, communication, hosting, or other services if necessary for the functioning of the website, processing an inquiry, or fulfilling contractual and other legal obligations of Bureviy.
