PAYMENT & SHIPPING

Bureviy operates primarily in a B2B format. The terms of manufacturing, kitting, payment, and product transfer are agreed upon individually depending on the product type, order volume, project stage, and other customer requirements.

For serial deliveries, OEM manufacturing, and custom projects, the main commercial and logistical terms are fixed in a contract, specification, or another document agreed upon by the parties.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are made via bank transfer to the company's settlement account in accordance with the issued invoice and the agreed order terms.

The payment procedure and schedule are determined individually, taking into account the order volume, cost of materials, complexity of production, stages of work execution, and other conditions of the specific project.

Depending on the nature of the order, payment may involve one or multiple stages. Specific amounts, terms, and payment conditions are agreed upon by the parties prior to the commencement of the respective stage and are documented accordingly.

MANUFACTURING & PREPARATION FOR SHIPMENT

After completing the agreed scope of work, the products undergo the quality control stipulated for the specific order, including, if necessary, test stand trials, balancing, or other control procedures.

Upon completion of production and fulfillment of the agreed order terms, the products are prepared for transfer to the customer or their designated carrier.

LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

The method of transfer and delivery of products is determined individually for each order. Bureviy can hand over the finished products to a logistics service, transport company, or another carrier agreed upon with the customer.

  • Delivery via logistics service: shipping is carried out through a logistics service or carrier company agreed upon with the customer.
  • Customer logistics: the customer can independently organize the pickup and transportation of finished products using their own transport or through a selected carrier.
  • Pickup: products may be handed over directly to an authorized representative of the customer in accordance with a previously agreed procedure.
  • Custom logistics: for oversized, serial, or specialized orders, the transportation method and transfer procedure may be agreed upon separately, taking into account the product's specifics.

PACKAGING

Products are packaged taking into account their design, dimensions, materials, and the agreed method of transportation.

For parts and assemblies sensitive to mechanical damage, contamination, or environmental exposure, additional protective materials and appropriate transport packaging may be applied.

The need for special packaging, additional corrosion protection, or specific transportation conditions may be agreed upon separately depending on the nature of the specific order.

SHIPPING COST

The cost of transportation is determined based on the selected delivery method, route, dimensions, weight of the products, and other shipping conditions.

The procedure for paying transport costs is agreed upon by the parties prior to product transfer and may be included in the total order cost or billed separately according to the agreed terms.

PRODUCT TRANSFER TO CARRIER

If the customer independently selects a logistics service or carrier company, Bureviy transfers the products in accordance with the agreed procedure and provides the necessary information for identification and receipt.

Liability terms for transportation, cargo insurance, delivery times, and other issues related to transportation are determined based on the chosen logistics method and the conditions of the specific order.

CUSTOM ORDER TERMS

For each project, Bureviy may agree on specific terms regarding payment, production, quality control, packaging, transfer, and delivery.

The final terms are determined before order execution begins and are fixed in the respective contractual documents.
